The Remote Blueprint Program (RBP) covers two distinct products: a Sponsored, open Core Program building workplace-ready skills, and a selective RBP Fellowship across ten specialized tracks. They share a mission, not an application - you can apply to either one on its own.

They share a name and a mission, but they're separate applications with different bars for entry. Apply to one, or both - neither requires the other.
RBP Core Program
A Sponsored, guided path from workplace-readiness foundations through a real practicum with partner organizations - 6 weeks of training followed by 4 weeks of practicum. Open to anyone who applies.

The Core Program is structured as a clear, guided journey
10 weeks total: 6 weeks of training, followed by 4 weeks of practicum.
Shared Foundation
All participants build a common base: professionalism, digital tools, communication, and core workflows for today's workplace, remote or on-site.
Pathway Specialization
Participants choose a pathway aligned with their interests and target placement area, such as Health & Human Services, Creative & Media, Education & Training, or Operations & Digital.
Practicum
Participants apply what they've learned on real projects with partner organizations.
Placement
Top-performing graduates move into selective internship or job-placement opportunities with partner organizations.

Audience-Specific Tracks

Graduates of the full Core Program are eligible for selective placement into internships and remote job opportunities with organizations across Remote Africa Hub's partner network.
A separate, selective product - not a next step after the Core Program
The RBP Fellowship is its own application, open to anyone ready for a deeper commitment, whether or not you've been through the Core Program.
Fellows are matched to a track - from Growth & Brand Strategy to AI Governance, Ethics & Local Language Data - with curriculum that flexes to their own background. Each cohort runs on peer mentorship and dedicated facilitators, and every fellow completes with certification through EasyLearn.
